With Innovative School Funding and a little research, you can get deals like this! I received a $50 gift card from Ultra Diamonds (if I spent $79 or more), so I decided to get my wife something nice for Valentine's Day. What follows may not be typical, but it represents what is possible:

I logged into my Discover Card account, and doubled a $20 reward with Ultra Diamonds in order to get a $40 gift card. This is considered the same as cash, so it can be used in conjunction with other offers. Anyway, I now had $90 in gift cards burning a hole in my pocket, so I did a little shopping.

Now, I love my wife and all that, but I tend to click on the "sort by price" link so I can find the least expensive jewelry items that work for me.
